In addition to the school of hard knocks, Tobi graduated from Millikin University with a Bachelors in entrepreneurship and business leadership. She also has a Masters Degree in human services counseling and life coaching. Look for her upcoming book Goodness Gracious: A memoir of a woman who transcends from hardship, suffering, and abuse, by means of food, love, and entrepreneurship. An expert in overcoming massive obstacles, loving others for their flaws, and being open to sharing her own. Tobi's one wish is for the there to be more love than hate. 

She is currently building her picnic delivery business and opening a restaurant.
