Josephine Sandra Kalagira is a mother, Author, Speaker, Empowerment Mentor, and known as the Setback to Comeback Queen. She believes that when we go through adversities in life, it can be extremely challenging and difficult, but can be eased when we identify a reason bigger than ourselves to compel us never to give up on ourselves and dreams. She believes that when we accept and embrace who we really are and what we have been through as our authentic self, we become empowered and genuinely learn to take ownership of our lives. 

Josephine believes that despite our physical or emotional health challenges, they cannot define us or our future if we do not allow it. As a result of her lived experience, she felt called to help support others living with physical or emotional adversities to Thrive and Shine through their setbacks by sharing her story, lessons, advice, and tips with ease.
