I encourage authors to reflect not only on WHAT they are writing, but also on WHEN & WHERE they are creating...
time of day, location, etc
are all important.
** but may also vary depending on what phase you are in...
for example:

I like to plan at my desk in the early morning or evening

I like to draft while walking early morning or at 2am
-
I like to revise mid morning... from an armchair
Not all work is created equal... so you don't have to show up the same way... but as you tune to the subtle shifts you can learn how to SHOW UP THE RIGHT WAY for YOU & the phase of the creation process you are in.
